BGO Review 9.3/10
- Diversified Game Library
- Lots of Jackpot Titles
- Unique Bingo Offer
- A Large Number of Promos
- Multiple Welcome Bonuses
BGO casino is a recently established casino from Alderney. Although its concept is similar to that of other casino sites, the website stands out with their emphasis on Bingo games, making it one of the best and newest bingo sites out there.
Since they have such a unique game roster, we have decided to try it out and make a BGO review of our own. The aim is to give you an objective and neutral view of the casino on various analysed aspects, but also to see how BGO stands against other online casino sites in the UK.
User Experience 9/10
In terms of speed and functionality, BGO’s website is highly responsive, and you won’t have troubles running their games in any resolution or speed. On the other hand, the design is a little ‘over the top’, meaning you may have trouble finding what you need on their homepage.
Software & Game Selection 9/10
The game section that stands out the most in out BGO review has to be the Bingo section which has around ten different Bingo rooms. The rest of the roster is pretty much standard with live games, casino games, and slots, including jackpots and an exciting slots tournament.
Bonuses & Free Play Options 9/10
We were thrilled by the bonus section on BGO. Frankly, it’s enormous, containing seventeen different bonuses! Every new customer can enjoy a free bonus without depositing. There are also three different welcome bonuses: two of them aimed at slots fans and one for casino games enthusiasts. In addition, players can shop at the loyalty store and gain access to new titles every Tuesday.
Customer Support 9/10
BGO Casino hosts a customer support team that responds and solves issues in a matter of minutes. Players have three contact channels at their disposal: live chat, email, and phone available every day from 7:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Additionally, you can visit their comprehensive FAQ page and find the answer you need.
Banking Options 8/10
BGO offers 15 different payment channels including Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Neteller, Pay Pal, Skrill, and Paysafecard. The minimum deposit is £10, but there is no minimum withdrawal amount. Note that BGO casino charges additional fees for withdrawing that are different for each method, so it may be best to visit their webpage first and find out more.
BGO takes extra steps to protect your personal info through compliance with the US-EU standards of handling personal information. If you want to additionally protect your account, you can enable 2FA (two-factor authentication).
BGO Bonus Offers
BGO offers seventeen different bonuses, which is way above the standard number of 5-6 promotions you can find on other online casinos. There are even three different welcome bonuses alone that are aimed at different types of players. Also, BGO organises regular promos for each new game they acquire.
Apart from casino bonuses, BGO has six different Bingo bonuses as well, including a rich Welcome Bingo bonus.
If that isn’t enough, remember that there are BGO tournaments that run each day and offer hefty prizes.
BGO No Deposit Bonus
Every new customer that registers on BGO is automatically greeted with 10 Free Spins. You can spend them all on four games: Fishin’ Frenzy, Slots o’ Gold, Eye of Horus, and Diamond Jackpots. The bonus is completely free, meaning you won’t have to make any deposits to claim them.
Note that there are no wagering requirements, meaning you can withdraw your winnings immediately after spending all free spins. To claim this promo, players need to confirm their phone number upon registration.
Two Different Welcome Bonuses
Depending on personal preferences, players can choose between two Welcome bonuses – they can apply for the BGO casino free spins offer, or claim the 100% deposit match up to £200.
If you decide to go for the deposit match-up, you will need to roll over your bonus funds 30 times, with the bets capping at £5. Players that claim free spins won’t have to fulfil any wagering requirements, but they have only three days to spend them.
BGO Bingo Bonuses
If you prefer Bingo over traditional casino games, BGO has six different Bingo bonuses you can claim.
One of them is the first deposit bonus in which, if you deposit £10 with a code ‘BINGO’, you get £20 in bonus money. Note that there is a wagering requirement of 4x and that you have to use that bonus in the first 3 days of your registration.
Bingo fans also get their own Bingo loyalty scheme in the form of Bingo Candy Club. The more the members play, the more they earn Candy Points which can later be exchanged for rewards and other bonuses.
The casino stands out from most of the competition in terms of game variety, boasting over 900 games in total. Apart from the standard offer of slots, casino games, and live casino, BGO also has a Bingo games section. The section features 8 standard Bingo games with entry prices ranging from 5p to half a pound and prizes ranging from £5 to £1,500. The Bingo section also contains four progressive Bingo games. Progressive Bingo prizes range from £100 to £70,000 pounds, but the prizes are continuously growing.
The slots section contains around 700 different games with the library being enriched every day. Some of the new titles include BigShots, Ninja Monkey, and Rise of Anubis.
Although the roster of 700 slot games may seem a bit standard for an online casino, the website features a huge jackpot subsection with around 120 titles. In addition, players can also complete in slot tournaments
One interesting thing is that BGO has a slot promo called New Tuesdays in which, every Tuesday, members are given an exclusive offer to play new slot games with a chance to win bonus money.
BGO Live Casino
There are only 10 live casino games, but the roster is pretty diverse. The list includes Hi-Lo, Baccarat, a couple of Roulette games, Blackjack and one Spin A Win wheel. Our recommendations go to Royale Blackjack room because of their exceptionally wide range of stakes, as you can win up to £1,000 with only £10 at stake.
BGO Casino Games
The casino games roster contains around 120 games. Members can enjoy a wide range of different Roulette, Blackjack, Poker and other games. We would like to single out Premium Roulette Pro for its seamless flow, great atmosphere, and high stakes.
BGO Online VIP Club
BGO also offers VIP treatment for the most loyal members. The membership is invite-only, but they are constantly looking for new VIP members. Players that join the club can expect personalized service, gifts, bonuses, hospitality invites, and private promotions.
A Sturdy Platform
The moment you enter the BGO website, you are greeted with ads about their bonuses. The whole platform may look a little over-the-top with all the excessive decorations and flash animations, but it’s definitely up to the task.
The centre of the page contains game categories as well as their whole game library. The right side of the page contains the live chat button, email form and FAQ page link. The top of the page is reserved for the BGO casino login and Join Now button and your balance and account display.
The website has no problem running all games at optimal speed, and the live casino rooms have a satisfying connection quality. We tried pretty much all the games in the roster and we didn’t find any that have glitches or bugs of any sort.
Compatible With All Devices
When it comes to playing on-the-go, sadly, there isn’t a BGO mobile app. However, since the platform works perfectly in every resolution, members can still visit the website from their mobile devices and enjoy the full roster of games.
To become a member, you’ll have to click on the big green Join Now button. The website will take you to a page where you’ll have to enter your email, date of birth, name, and desired password. After that, you’ll be asked for your address, country, and phone number, and you will be ready to go.
Note that you will have to verify your identity by providing them with the official documents.
If you encounter a problem during your stay, you can contact BGO live chat, send an email using the contact form, or call them at 0330 094 8055. We reached the support team with some general questions and they were pretty fast to reply.
When it comes to languages, currently, the website is available in English, Norwegian and Finnish. The website is available in many countries, but still, many players will be denied access, as the list of banned countries includes the USA, China, Germany, the UAE, Australia, to name a few. Since BGO is unable to pay any transfers to banks in any of the restricted territories we recommend you check that list on the BGO website before depositing your funds.
Security & Banking
Since we wanted to make a proper BGO review based on user experience, we also tested their banking.
The website hosts 15 different payment methods that include major debit cards, eWallets, and bank transfer services. Only debit cards are available for UK players. When it comes to currencies, you can deposit using euros, pounds, Canadian dollars, Norwegian krone, and New Zealand dollars.
To deposit, click on the large Deposit button in the top right corner. The website will take you to a separate page where you’ll have to choose the desired amount and your payment method. Note that there is no minimum for BGO withdrawal, but the minimum deposit is £10. However, every withdrawal carries a £1 or a £2.5 fee depending on the amount withdrawn.
The website uses all the latest EU-compliant protocols for the protection of members’ private data and funds. The site is also a member of eCOGRA, a leading software-testing agency.
BGO is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Commission. Its remote software that is available in the UK is licensed and regulated and by the UKGC under licence number 39533.
Despite the fact it’s been around for less than a year, BGO bears all the marks of an experienced online casino – one of the most important things we realised while writing our BGO review. Although their game library is pretty standard by numbers, it features some very unique titles along with exciting tournaments.
