Winner’s Club Review 8.8/10
- Adequate number of games to play
- Licensed for the UK market
- Live casino and table games
- Strong welcome bonus
- Fast and reliable customer support
You’ll get the royal treatment and feel like you’re in a posh casino, all thanks to Winner’s Club’s stylish site design, fast and courteous customer support, and wide selection of attractive games. We’ll walk you through the entire luxury gaming experience in this Winner’s Club review.
This new online casino is owned by Zirconium Gaming Limited Casinos, a company that holds a handful of online gambling venues. It’s operated by UK-based Grace Media, which provides white-label solutions.
Winner’s Club is powered by Nektan, a renowned company from Gibraltar with offices in the UK that provides software and licensing support. Nektan is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, as are its business associates. As such, Winner’s Club has a licence from the UK Gambling Commission and the Gibraltar Gambling Commission.
All of this indicates that the Winner’s Club site is a safe place to enjoy games without having to worry about the security of your payments and your personal data. And even though the website only launched in 2021, Winner’s Club already offers all the amenities you’d expect from a well-established online casino.
User Experience: 8/10
Winner’s Club wows visitors with its slick website design. This aesthetic strikes the perfect balance between light and dark contrast, successfully emphasizing the website’s straightforward look. All the essential options are a mouse click away and are clearly defined.
The filter options are functional if a bit obtuse. You can sort Winner’s Club games by popularity, live dealer games, megaways, new games, welcome slots, and all games available. We’d like to see more clearly defined filter parameters, such as sorting by game providers, table games, casino games, and the like.
We spoke with Beth from the customer support team who confirmed that, unfortunately, there are no demo games to try out. Demo games are great for curious users who’d like to test out a website before registering, so we think not having demo games is a missed opportunity.
The website works beautifully on desktop computers and mobile phones, but there’s no dedicated Winner’s Club mobile app that you can download. The website is designed with a no-nonsense look to it, so there are no cute mascots to follow you on your way to gambling success.
Unfortunately, players from the USA cannot access Winner’s Club. Other restricted countries include Bulgaria, France, the Netherlands, Turkey, Canada, and Switzerland.
Software & Game Selection: 9/10
You’ll find your favourite game here in no time. While the selection of table games is modest, all other game categories excel in terms of both quantity and quality.
The list of game providers at Winner’s Club is not to be sneezed at; the online casino works with a great range of well-known game developers. Winner’s Club games providers include NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Foxium, ELK Studios, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Scientific Games, Eyecon, and NYX. The site offers more than 400 slot, table, casino, and live games.
Most of the games on offer here are slot games, including Megaways from Big Time Gaming. Megaways slots use unique random reel modifiers and offer more ways to win, with Monopoly and Beetlejuice Megaways being our favourites.
Other slot games include classics such as Starburst and Mustang Gold. Fans of licensed games won’t be disappointed, since they can play Guns ‘N’ Roses, Jumanji, Conan, and Game of Thrones slots.
At the time of writing this Winner’s Club review, more than 10 roulette games are available. Half of them have live dealers, courtesy of Evolution Gaming.
Bonuses & Free Play Options: 9/10
Winner’s Club does not disappoint with welcome bonuses and promotions. There aren’t many of them, but each one is distinct and offers valuable prizes.
Newcomers get a total welcome bonus worth up to £500, with 150 free spins on specific slots. This is divided into deposit bonuses. The first-deposit bonus will grant you a 100% matched bonus up to £100 and 100 Winner’s Club free spins. The second-deposit bonus gives you a 50% match up to £100 and 25 free spins, while the third offers a 50% bonus of up to £300 and 25 free spins.
You’ll have to deposit at least £10 in every part of the deposit bonus stage to get their prizes. The wagering requirement for these bonuses is 30x, which is excellent compared to other online casinos. All bonuses, including the welcome deposit bonus, expire after 28 days.
As for free spins, you select from which game you get spins that are turned into points. Starburst, Aloha! Cluster Pays, and Finn and the Swirly Spin give you 10 points per spin. You’ll have to use these Winner’s Club bonus spins within seven days, and there’s a 28-day expiration period for all bonuses.
The current active weekly promotion is called Tiered Spins. Deposit £10 to get 20 spins, £20 for 40, or £50 for 100, then use them on John Hunter and the Book of Tut. The wagering requirement for this weekly bonus is 40x, and you’ll have seven days to use your spins and 28 days to use your bonus winnings.
Users who earn enough VIP points receive additional benefits. You get VIP points as you make cash wagers. Some of the VIP benefits include unique gifts, increased deposit limits, faster withdrawals, cashback rewards, and the chance to enjoy bonuses and even a special Winner’s Club promotion.
Customer Support: 10/10
If you experience any kind of problems, customer support is available via phone, email, or live chat. Operators respond to emails every day from 08:00-00:00 GMT/BST, and you’ll get a reply within 24 hours. Phone and live chat are also available 08:00-00:00 GMT/BST daily.
We spoke to customer support via live chat, and the operators were quick, professional, and helpful. Overall, we were delighted with Winner’s Club customer support.
Banking Options: 8/10
There are many banking options and transaction methods available at this gambling site.
Winner’s Club accepts British pounds, US dollars, Swedish krona, and euros. Accepted forms of payment are debit cards through AIB and Paydoo, as well as eWallets like Skrill, Neteller, PayPal, Trustly, and Boku.
The minimum deposit is £10/€10/100kr/$20. For Boku users, the minimum deposit is £15. Deposits are instant and come with no additional fees. Again, the only exception is for Boku users, who lose a whopping 15% of any Winner’s Club payment transaction they make. That means Boku users who deposit £20 will lose £3 and only find £17 in their casino accounts.
The minimum withdrawal is £10/€20/200kr/$40, except for withdrawals you make immediately before closing your casino account. Withdrawals of £20 or less come with a £1.50 processing fee. The maximum withdrawal is £10,000 for players outside the UK, while UK users have no withdrawal limits.
Withdrawals are processed within three days. The maximum payout for games is £250,000 per spin, except for any progressive jackpot payout paid in full. The maximum withdrawal from free bonus winnings is £200.
Winner’s Club security options for responsible gaming are outstanding. You can set personal deposit limits to help keep things under control. Reduced limits are active immediately and increased limits take effect within 24 hours. Deposit limits can be set to daily, weekly, monthly, or indefinite.
Other options for responsible gaming allow you to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from using this casino. The “reality check” option helps you control the time you spend playing casino games with a timer.
Winner’s Club assures us that it uses industry-standard protection methods to shield user data and transactions. When writing this Winner’s Club review, we double-checked the status of user privacy. We found that EU players are nicely protected since the online casino is compliant with the EU’s GDPR law.
Sun Vegas Review 8.5/10
There’s a reason Sun Vegas’s name and logo might seem familiar to you – the casino is owned by none other than News Group Newspapers, the publisher of The Sun. Launched in 2019, the website has already become well known among UK punters due to its connection to the popular tabloid. However, as you’ll see […]Read More
QuinnBet Review 8/10
There are too many online casinos and betting sites lacking personality and with far too little to offer to their players. In a time when punters and casino fans expect a lot and so many venues are trying to get their attention, offering anything less than both of these worlds is like untying your shoelaces […]Read More
