BritainBet is a unique gambling site that guarantees an enhanced sports betting experience. But its range of gambling options extend beyond the sportsbook. The site also houses an online casino, which is the focus of our BritainBet review.

BritainBet was launched only recently, with the casino opening its virtual doors in 2020. The site is owned and operated by ProgressPlay Limited, a Malta-based company. ProgressPlay is a well-known operator that currently runs dozens of casinos. The brand is synonymous with fairness and trustworthiness, which means we have pretty high expectations when it comes to BritainBet. And if online BritainBet reviews are anything to go by, there is plenty to look forward to.

As is mandatory for casinos operating in the United Kingdom, BrainBet holds a license from the UK Gambling Commission. For operations elsewhere, it has a separate licence from the Malta Gambling Authority.

With many bonuses tailored to both casino and sportsbook players, including a huge variety of weekly and seasonal promotions, BritainBet definitely seems worth checking out. Let’s see if that’s true.

User Experience – 8/10

Given that this is a new casino, it’s no wonder that BritainBet features a modern-looking interface. While the design won’t win any beauty contests, it makes it easy to navigate the site. This is an important asset in facilitating a highly enjoyable playing experience.

However, the interface looks a little dated in certain sections. This is especially true during the registration process and when accessing account-related options, where the UI and more specifically the font are lagging behind the times.

The colour scheme at the BritainBet online casino is dominated by blue and purple and thankfully doesn’t have overly bright features and flashy banners. This means you’re less likely to experience eyestrain after prolonged playing sessions while enjoying better site loading times.

While on the topic of site speed, we were pretty impressed by how quickly the site loaded on any device we accessed it from. During our time playing casino games, we were satisfied with the overall performance and didn’t experience any slowdowns or glitches.

The available BritainBet games can be filtered by type, name, and provider. Unfortunately, you can’t try out any of the games for free before you make a deposit. As soon as you click on any of the titles, you’ll be asked to fund your account, which we found somewhat annoying.

Currently, there’s no BritainBet mobile app available. This isn’t too surprising given the fact that the site launched only a year ago. Furthermore, the absence of the app wasn’t much of an issue for us during this BritainBet casino review, as the site works pretty well on smartphones and is properly scaled for size.

Software and Game Selection – 9/10

BritainBet has over 1,000 casino games in its library. The available game types include slots, jackpots, live casino games, as well as table and card games such as blackjack.

All the beloved classics are here: Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, and multiple variants of popular card games such as blackjack and poker.  With such a comprehensive game library, there’s never really a shortage of new games and game types to try out, even for the most demanding players.

When it comes to providers, you can choose between games from 61 different studios. Some of the most reputable names are here, including Netent, Betsoft, and BetSoft. The presence of these renowned providers is a good indicator of the overall quality of casino games on offer at BritainBet.

Bonuses – 7/10

The BritainBet bonus offer is pretty varied, with something for both sports betting fans and casino game lovers. Aside from the two welcome bonuses (one for sportsbook and one for casino games), there’s a loyalty program and a plethora of seasonal promotions.

Let’s start with the BritainBet welcome bonus. The welcome promotion is your run-of-the-mill matched deposit bonus. After making an initial deposit of at least £20, the deposit will be matched by 200% up to £50.

The maximum deposit bonus is somewhat low, even for UK casinos which traditionally have smaller bonuses but fairer conditions. This, unfortunately, isn’t the case here, as the wagering requirement is 50x. Note that this bonus is not available for players depositing via Skrill.

BritainBet also regularly gives out free spins on specific days, especially during the holidays. For example, you can earn up to 15% cashback on weekends when playing table games or compete in player leaderboards and earn valuable rewards.

The real winner here is definitely BritainBet’s Rewards Programme. While most online casinos simply let you accrue points by playing, BritainBet spices things up and makes them more interesting.

At the time of writing this BritainBet review, you could earn points by simply playing and by completing specific missions given out to you by BritainBet. These missions can be things like playing a specific game type or wagering a certain amount. Lastly, competing in player leaderboards also nets you a hefty amount of points.

The points you earn can be spent on things like free spins, deposit bonuses, bonus money, or cashback rewards. Additionally, by ranking high on the Rewards Points leaderboard, you earn extra rewards and gain access to exclusive deals.

In case you’re a sports betting fan as well, you can check out all available BritainBet bonuses on their Promotions page.

Customer Support – 8/10

High-quality customer support is a crucial element every top-tier online casino needs to have. Problems with bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and similar issues are all too common at online gambling sites, and you need access to professional support when these issues occur.

Thankfully, BritainBet customer support definitely doesn’t lack in quality. All our queries were instantly answered by professional, polite, and knowledgeable support staff.

BritainBet customer service can be reached via live chat, email, and an online contact form. Phone support is unfortunately missing, which isn’t exactly uncommon. The good thing is that their live chat operators are available 24/7 and are ready to help at any time.

Banking options – 8/10

Now, let’s move on to the list of BritainBet banking options. The casino supports a decent range of payment methods: Visa cards, PayPal, PaybyPhone, Paysafe, Trustly, MuchBetter, and ecoPayz.

The minimum deposit is £10, while the maximum is £5,000.  The minimum withdrawal is £2.5, with no upper limits on how much money you can withdraw. There is actually no minimum withdrawal limit either, but BritainBet charges a £2.5 transaction fee for each withdrawal, which technically means that you can’t withdraw less than that amount.

Deposits are practically instantaneous. However, the withdrawal times leave plenty to be desired, taking anywhere between five and 11 days, depending on the method used.

Security – 9/10

Examining the site’s security is always important, especially among online casinos. Players leave a lot of sensitive information on the site, including their name, financial data, and physical address.

We’re happy to report that BritainBet security is top-notch. Any and all interactions with the site are protected by high-end encryption. Furthermore, the company’s privacy policy clearly states any data collected is used solely to provide a service to visiting players, and nothing is sold to third parties.

Furthermore, the fact that the site is GDPR-compliant and holds two gambling licences also speaks volumes about fairness and trustworthiness.

During our BritainBet review, we were also glad to see that players can choose to set up limits and self-exclusion periods to handle problem gambling issues.
