Slots n’Play is a new casino that caters to both UK and international players. And while it may lack originality when it comes to its name, our Slots n’Play review found that the venue makes up for it with its many games and bonuses.

The casino is only a few months old, having launched in December 2021. The company behind the brand is Clever Motion, a Romania-based firm. For international gambling operations, the operator is Aspire Global International LTD., a company based in Malta that holds the country’s gambling licence. Lastly, the operator-in-charge for the UK market is AG Communications Limited, which holds a UKGC-issued gambling licence.

This may seem like an unusually complex operating structure, but it’s a common practice in this industry, as gambling companies try to navigate the complicated world of gambling regulations, especially when they wish to operate in multiple markets.

Slots n’Play has a large and varied game selection and a beautifully-designed website. While the bonuses could be more generous like with some other casinos that offer excellent welcome bonuses, the site is still a great destination for all casino lovers.

User Experience – 8/10

One of the things that definitely stood out during this Slots n’Play casino review was the overall user experience of playing on this gambling site. The website features a flashy, modern, and colourful interface. Not only is the site visually impressive, but it’s also very easy to navigate thanks to smart navigation button placement.

The site is predominantly in shades of blue, with masterfully-designed banners and game icons strewn across the home page. It loads extremely quickly, which is surprising given how many things there are on the screen at any given time.

However, there are a few notable rough edges due to the fact that the site is still very young.  For example, certain sections like the About Us page appear incomplete. Still, other Slots n’Play reviews echo our assessment that this doesn’t really take away from the overall positive gambling experience.

Another omission is the lack of filtering options when going through the site’s game library. You can search games by name or sort them by type. But other filtering options that we’ve grown accustomed to, such as filtering by software provider, popularity, or release date, are missing. While this isn’t too big of a deal, we feel it should be remedied soon.

There was no native mobile app available at the time of writing. Apps are usually developed later down the line when a casino reaches a certain level of popularity. Hence, we didn’t find it too surprising that there’s no app available at the moment. Thankfully, the site is pretty well optimised for mobile use.

The exact list of restricted countries is not present on the site. However, we do know that the site does not accept US players. Furthermore, the bonuses on offer may differ depending on whether you’re in the UK or elsewhere.

Software and Game Selection – 8/10

There are around 700 available Slots n’Play games on the site. The game selection includes slots, table games, jackpot games, and live casino games. The selection is somewhat smaller than what we’ve seen with some competitors, as there are sites with several thousand games in their library. However, more is not always better. In reality, no one goes through thousands of games, and players mostly stick to popular classics.

Slots n’Play’s game selection includes all the famous slots like Starburst and Book of the Dead. All of the games have a demo version allowing you to try them out without making a deposit, which is always a big plus in our book.

The Slots n’Play games are currently being supplied by 23 different providers. The list includes well-known names such as Netent, Microgaming, Quickspin, and Betsoft.

Slots n’Play Bonuses – 7/10

Now, let’s turn to available bonuses at Slots n’Play. Currently, there’s only one constantly-active promotion available – the welcome bonus. The welcome promotion is split up into four sections, screwing it across the same number of days. In total, the welcome promotion nets you up to £100 and 200 free spins. In order to fully make use of this bonus, the new user needs to make deposits for four consecutive days.

Here’s a breakdown of the Slots n’Play welcome bonus:

Day 1: 50% up to £50 and 50 free spins for Stardust

Day 2: 30 free spins for Book of the Dead

Day 3: 30 free spins for Legacy of the Dead

Day 4: 50% bonus up to £50 and 40 extra spins on Fire Joker

The minimum deposit required at each stage is £20. This means that you have to deposit at least £80 in total over the course of four days to get all the bonuses. The fact that you can get up to £100 in extra funds makes this an interesting bonus, to say the least.

Bonuses that come with extra funds have a 35x wagering requirement. This is pretty much on par with bonus requirements at other gambling sites.

The other Slots n’Play bonus promotions available rotate every few weeks. Currently, there’s a €10,000 Drops & Wins promo available.

Customer Support – 8/10

Having a reliable customer support team at your disposal is a must at any site, let alone newer casinos where some issues are bound to arise. Thankfully, Slots n’Play customer support is top-notch.

Their support agents are reachable 24/7 via live chat and through email. In addition, there’s a fairly comprehensive FAQ section that holds the answers to the most common queries. There’s no phone support available – a fact we sadly grew accustomed to with most gambling sites as a result of COVID-19.

During our tests, the site’s support agents were quick to respond, polite, and helpful. However, they were unable to provide some important pieces of information, such as the full list of restricted countries on the site.

Slots n’Play Banking – 9/10

Another thing we loved during our Slots n’Play review was the plethora of supported currencies and deposit/withdrawal methods. The supported currencies are EUR, AUD, CAD, USD, GBP, NOK, SEK, DKK, and BRL. As for the payment methods, you can transfer funds via PayPal, VISA and Mastercard debit cards, Trustly, Klarna, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, AstroPayCard, Interac, Euteller, paysafecard, giropay, and bank transfers.

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are £10. Monthly withdrawals are limited to £7,000, which can be constricting for high-rollers that score bigger payouts.

Depositing is near-instant, with funds being made available to you almost immediately. On the other hand, withdrawals take up to two business days. This is actually pretty quick, as most competitors take between three and five business days to process withdrawals.

Crypto fans will probably lament the lack of any cryptocurrency support at this time. However, with crypto continuing to grow in popularity, it’s only a matter of time before Slots n’Play introduces crypto support.

Slots n’Play Security – 10/10

The website states that the operators rely on 128-bit encryption to keep all data transfers between users and the site safe. Additionally, their servers use advanced firewalls to prevent any breaches.

The fact that the site holds two gambling licences, including one from the UKGC, is another reassuring component and underscores the presence of safety and fairness. Additionally, all the casino games on the site are provably fair, utilising an RNG mechanism to determine results.

During our Slots n’Play review, we were also glad to see that the site is GDPR-compliant and that they do not sell off user data to third parties.

Users also have access to self-exclusion mechanisms that help combat problem gambling. There’s also the Reality Check feature that notifies you about the length of an ongoing playing session.
