KingdomAce Casino is a licensed and regulated online casino with a solid selection of slots and games from some of the best game providers in the industry. The casino has a great welcome offer for new players as well as regular promotions for existing players. The customer support is excellent, and the mobile experience is very good. We’ll cover each of those sections in detail during our KingdomAce review.

User Experience 7/10

While conducting our reviews, we get to see many site designs, and after a while, it’s easy to notice that many operators like to reuse their casino designs. ProgressPlay, the company that runs the KingdomAce site, is no different.

The site design, albeit functional, is a bit old-fashioned and very similar to that of other sites run by the same operator. The only difference is the logo and predominant colours used on the website. If you ask us, it’s time to send this design back to the 1990s, where it belongs, and give the casino a fresh new look.

The site is effective in terms of UI design. Everything is in the expected places and reasonably easy to find, but the casino could add the option of closing windows by clicking outside of them rather than having to scroll all the way back to the top screen to click on the X mark.

KingdomAce’s mobile app is nonexistent, but that is normal and to be expected. Most casinos don’t have a native mobile app. Instead, everyone optimises their casinos to work properly on a mobile device. KingdomAce is no exception; it works perfectly well on a mobile or tablet device.

Before we move on to other sections, you should be aware that the casino only accepts players from the United Kingdom. If you aren’t from the UK, then you won’t be able to create an account or play any of the games.

Software & Game Selection 7/10

Everybody always has the same question on their mind: “What kinds of games does this casino offer?” The KingdomAce game library is massive. The selection includes slots, table games, jackpots, live casino games, and casual games.

KingdomAce slots make up the majority of the casino’s offer. There are over 1000 different slot games to choose from, with new ones being added all the time. The casino has all the popular games you’d expect, like Gonzo’s Quest, Starburst, and Rainbow Riches. There are also a few games with a Halloween theme, like Witch Feature, Tricks and Treats, and 9MadHats.

KingdomAce table games, on the other hand, do not come in such a diverse selection, but they do have all of the classics, albeit in smaller quantities. The casino offers everything you would expect to see: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker games. You can also find a few variations of each game, such as European Blackjack and Atlantic City Blackjack. The live and jackpot sections don’t differ a lot from the table games section.

The casino works with over 50 providers, including 1x2gaming, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, ELK, Evolution, Inspired Gaming, Lightning Box, Microgaming, NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, Play’n GO, and Thunderkick. You can see the complete list of providers on the KingdomAce site.

Bonuses & Free Play Options: 9/10

New players at KingdomAce can take advantage of a great welcome offer. The casino will match your first deposit 100%, up to £100. The minimum deposit amount is £10, and the wagering requirements are 50x the bonus amount. This is a bit high for a wagering requirement, and you only have 30 days to complete it.

Note that not all games count towards the wagering requirements. For example, bets placed on slots will contribute 100% towards the requirements, but bets placed on table games will only contribute 10%.

In addition to the KingdomAce welcome bonus, you also have weekly and seasonal promotions.  For example, the casino offers a cashback bonus every weekend where you can get 10% cashback for slot games and 15% cashback for table games on deposit losses up to £500. Both cashback offers are free of wagering requirements.

The casino has already started promoting its Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, which will give you a 25% deposit bonus of up to £250. This offer will be available three out of four days during the promotional period, with one day offering a free spin on the Rewards Wheel instead.

Customer Support 10/10

KingdomAce’s customer support is available 24/7, and you can contact them via live chat or email. We contacted the customer service team via live chat to test their response time and knowledge. The agent was friendly, helpful, and answered our questions within minutes.

The casino also has a comprehensive FAQ section that covers the most common questions.

Banking Options 9/10

KingdomAce has a lot of ways to deposit and withdraw money, but the only currency that can be used is the GBD.

KingdomAce deposits are instant, and the minimum deposit amount is £10 for all methods except for paysafecard, Trustly, ecoPayz, and MuchBetter, where it is £20. The accepted transaction methods are debit/credit card, PayPal, PayviaPhone, paysafecard, Trustly, MuchBetter, and ecoPayz. The maximum deposit allowed is £700 for paysafecard and Trustly. There is no cap on deposits for other payment methods.

KingdomAce withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and it takes up to seven business days for the money to be transferred to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is £2.50 for all methods except bank wire transfer, where it is £50. The accepted transaction methods are debit/credit card and ecoPayz. All withdrawals are subject to a 1% processing fee, up to £3. Just as with the deposit, there are no limits for withdrawals.

Security Rating: 8/10

The casino is run and operated by ProgressPlay Limited and is licenced and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under licence number 39335. It also holds a valid gaming licence from the Malta Gaming Authority.

ProgressPlay is a well-known company without any scandals or black stains on its reputation. This isn’t their first casino, and we are sure it will not be their last. We already had the pleasure of reviewing a couple of their casinos, including BritainBet and Conquer Casino.

KingdomAce takes its security and data privacy seriously. It uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to make sure that all of your personal and financial information is safe and secure. The 256-bit SSL encryption would be better, but what you get is still a high level of protection.

The casino is compliant with the GDPR. This means that the casino has taken steps to ensure that your data is protected, and they will not sell or share your data with any third party unless the party in question complies with GDPR too.

The casino has taken steps to ensure that its players can gamble responsibly by setting up a number of features like deposit limits, loss limits, and wagering limits. Casinos can be entertaining, but they can also be quite addictive, and anyone can develop an addiction to them, even famous people.

The casino also has a self-exclusion program where you can exclude yourself from the casino for a period of time. The casino also has a number of links to responsible gambling organisations, such as BeGambleAware and GamStop.

We examined every detail during our KingdomAce review, and we can say that we are very impressed with it overall. The casino offers enough games to keep you entertained, and the bonuses will surely help boost your balance. The customer support is excellent, and the banking options are good.

The only thing we would like to see change is the KingdomAce web design. We believe it would freshen it up and bring it up to standard with other modern casino designs. Aside from that, it’s a fantastic place to gamble.
